SEAs can provide a range of services to support your needs as a school. We work collaboratively with you to build packages to best enable you to develop as a school. To do this, we start with a planning meeting with you to share with you our best options. We aim to provide advice in a cost-effective, sustainable and timely manner. From here, we can build a bespoke package based on your needs. This can be as small as a one day offer, staff meeting or larger package to include a range of the following:
- Consultant visit days
- Curriculum development work
- Teaching and learning review
- Subject focus reviews
- One/ two day whole school quality assurance reviews (including a preparatory phone-call and report)
- Staff/ governor training
- SEND review days
- Multi-school development days/ training
