Sarah Sadler, is a National Leader of Education and school improvement adviser for multi-academy trusts (MATs), stand alone academies and maintained schools. She has been a deputy headteacher, SENDCo, headteacher, executive headteacher and school improvement partner for a MAT. As a headteacher, Sarah improved her own school from Special Measures to Good and, as a result, she understands how schools can develop and be shaped to achieve their very best.

Sarah has a wealth of experience in developing teaching and learning so that pupils receive high-quality lessons and can learn to the best of their ability. Sarah is research informed in cognitive science, adaptive teaching and lesson design and receives regular training from Ofsted to support evaluation of practice in school.

Sarah has supported a number of schools in developing their curriculum implementation. Subject reviews and developing knowledge progression maps have been a recent focus for Sarah. Schools who have requested this advice have been very pleased with the outcomes and her subject leader support.
